| 摘 要： | 民间融资在全国范围内存在共性问题,甘肃省的民间融资现状更存在特殊性问题。制约甘肃省民间融资发展的实质原因是民间融资自身特性特殊,相关国家立法及地方立法体系不完善,政府监管无力等因素。文章在分析民间融资存在的问题上,提出解决问题的对策,引导和规范民间金融的发展。

| Abstract: | There are a common problem in private financing nationwide,and the status quo of private financing in Gansu Province is even more specific. The essential reasons of restricting the development of private financing in Gansu Province are the special characteristics of private financing,imperfect national and local legislative systems and weak government supervision. The article analyzes the problems of private financing,proposes solutions to problems,guides and regulates the development of private financing. |
