On the Democracy and Rule of Law in Tao Xingzhi's School-managing Practice

To develop his students' ability of participating in future democratic politics,Tao Xingzhi emphasized the democracy of school administration.Meanwhile,Tao Xingzhi argued that democracy and rule of law can not be separated.When he ran the Yucai School,Tao Xingzhi designed the organizational institutions,the distribution of power,and the work procedure with the principle of protecting the rights of organization members and balancing the legislation,administration and judicature.It reflects the spirit of the combination of democracy and rule of law.Tao Xingzhi's practice and thought of democracy and rule of law have lots of implications in terms of our practical requirement of ruling school by law.
