| 摘 要： | 作为纠纷解决的一种方式,调解工作具有化解纠纷、预防犯罪、维护社会秩序、宣传教化的社会功能。在社会转型期,进一步发挥民间调解的作用,对于妥善处理社会矛盾,维护社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会有独特而巨大的现实作用。
