| 摘 要： | 计算机网络犯罪是指对计算机网络系统的攻击和破坏或利用计算机网络进行的各种刑事犯罪活动。它具有作案手段智能化高、隐蔽性强,作案风险小而获益大,侵害的目标较集中,犯罪后果严重,社会危害性大等特点,司法部门该如何应对,是一个既紧迫又需长期研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Computer network crime is the attack and sabotage to computer network system or the all kinds of criminal crime activities with the use of computer network.It has characteristic of high intelligent crime method,strong concealment,small risks,more benefits,more concentrated hurt goals,serious criminal consequences and great harm to the society.How to deal with it is both an urgent and a long-term problem for judicial departments. |
