经济增长方式的转变与可持续发展

目前,我国经济已形成了比较完整的工业体系,并具备了相当的经济规模,在此情况下,如果继续依靠投入大量的生产要素"铺摊子"、上项目,用粗放型的增长方式来维系经济增长,不但会造成资源的巨大浪费,而且支撑规模越来越大的经济增长所需要投入的生产要素会越来越多。这种以指数形式增长的对资源的需求是任何一个国家都无法满足的,必然会导致资源的短缺,使经济增长难以为继。因此,实现经济增长方式的转换,提高经济运行的质量,已成为我国经济持续发展的客观要求。

After 50 years of construction and 20 years of sustained high-speed growth,China's economy has been gradually entering a medium-term process of industrialization,especially in economically developed areas.In particular,China's economy has formed a relatively complete industrial system,and have considerable scale of economies,in such situation,if we continue to rely on a large number of input factors of production "launching of new projects," projects,use of the extensive means to sustain economic growth,it will not only cause a huge waste of resources,and also it needs more and more investment of production elements factors to support the growing size of the economic growth,there is no country that can meet such exponential growth in the demand for resources,which will lead to the shortage of resources and economic growth unsustainable.Therefore,to achieve the transformation of the mode of economic growth and improve the quality of economic operation,it becomes the objective requirements of sustainable development for China's economy.
