| 摘 要： | 警营文化是影响警察行为的警察思想与警察意识、警察价值评价以及警察共同心理特征的总和,是增强警察内聚力、向心力和持久力的警察意识形态。文章从警营文化的概念、时代价值及建设途径三个方面进行了论述,探讨了如何在新时期对警营文化进行创新。

| Abstract: | Police camp culture is the combination of police＇s ideology and mentality, the evaluation of police＇s values and the collective psychological characteristics of the police that all influence the behavior of the police. Meanwhile, police camp culture is also such police ideology that can strengthen the cohesion, eentripetalism and endurance of the police forces. This paper elaborates on the concept, contemporary value and ways of construction of police camp culture, and further discusses how to make innovations in police camp culture in the new era. |
