| 摘 要： | 社会治安防控价值论属于治安哲学的范畴:同时它也是构建社会治安防控体系所追求的终极目标和行动指南。社会治安防控体系的价值目标是以治安防控体系与主体的人的关系作为基础,治安防控体系对主体的需要的满足。结合治安学和价值论的基本观点,社会治安防控的价值目标主要包括秩序、安全、效益三大价值,各自在此价值体系中相互联系而地位又各有不同。
