| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是与我国传统的监禁矫正完全不同的开放式行刑方式，目前社区矫正存在的最大问题就是对矫正对象的考评体系不健全，检察机关对社区．矫正的法律监督尚未落到实处，这是关系到社区矫正工作成效的关键问题。本文通过研究科学构建我国社区矫正的考评体系，完善检察机关对社区矫正的法律监督机制，以保障社区矫正工作的实效，推进社区矫正改革的顺利实施。
