| 摘 要： | 检察机关的性质和职能决定了检察工作兼具较强的专业性、政治性,这就要求检察人员具有较高的政治素养、法律素养和检察工作技能。检察队伍专业化是指各类检察人员具备与其岗位相适应的理论知识、思维方式、检察工作技能等素质,从而保证检察队伍能够承担起法律监督职责。

| Abstract: | The nature and functions of the prosecution decide that the prosecution work is both professional and political, which requires the prosecutors have high political literacy,legal literacy and the prosecution skills.The professionalization of the prosecution team refers that the various prosecutors have the qualities of theoretical knowledge,ways of thinking and the prosecution work skills adapted to their positions,in order to ensure the prosecution team to take on the legal supervision duties. |
