| 摘 要： | 宪法人是指真心诚意地信仰宪法,具有宪法意识,并时刻按照宪法的基本精神生活和工作的人。作为法学核心课程,宪法教学应重视"宪法人"的培养。这是建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求,是实现宪政的客观需要,是法学教育的当务之急,也是宪法教学的分内之事。宪法教师首先要成为"宪法人",在教学中注重对现行宪法文本的尊重,在教学的各个环节充分体现宪法精神,并重视宪法应用的教学。
