| Abstract: | The right to rest is one of the fundamental rights given directly to the citizens by the Constitution in China, which should be reflected in all aspects of social activities,so that the interrogation is no exception.Here the security problems of the citizens' right to rest during the interrogation are discussed with a view to promoting the continuous improvement of China's criminal justice system. |
