沈阳制造业集群FDI溢出效应研究

近年来，国际直接投资的迅猛发展加速了经济全球化的步伐，带动了产业资本在全球范围内的重新配置。作为中国制造业的重要集聚地，沈阳随着经济的高速增长和投资环境的改善，己经成为承接国际产业转移，吸引外商直接投资（FDI）的重要基地。同时沈阳制造业的发展逐渐呈现出产业集群的趋势。笔者认为在这个过程中基于多种因素FDI的进入并没有像预期的那样给沈阳制造业产业集群带来溢出效应，我们应该关注的并不是FDI在扩大产业集群规模上的作用，而是如何从质量方面来提升产业集群，更好的发挥溢出效应，针对这一问题笔者提出了相应的政策建议。
