检察人员诉讼监督意识缺乏之原因分析及应对

当前我国司法机关在满足群众的司法需求方面还仍存在较大的不足,检察机关诉讼监督的职责履行不到位是产生该情形的一个重要原因。而作为具体担负诉讼监督工作的检察人员,其诉讼监督意识之缺乏,又是造成检察机关诉讼监督职责履行不到位最主要的原因。应树立＂逐案监督＂理念,强化检察机关刑事检察、民事行政检察等部门的办案力量,修改现有的诉讼法以完善诉讼监督的规定,改革现有的检察工作考评制度,突出诉讼监督职能的发挥,使检察机关的诉讼监督不再弱势。
