| 摘 要： | 尽管英美法对中国法学教育的发展起到了重要的作用，近些年来中国法学教育得到了迅速的发展，成绩显著，但是中国的法学教育仍然存在着很多问题，法学教育的进一步改革势在必行。本文主要以英美法对中国法学教育的影响为视角对中国法学教育的改革进行探析。

| Abstract: | Although the Common Law has played an important role in the legal education in China that the legal education in China has achieved the rapid development and significant achievements in recent years,there are still many problems in the legal education in China,so that the further reform of legal education is inevitable.The paper,made an analysis of the reform of legal education in China from the perspective of the influence of the Common Law to the legal education in China. |
