| 摘 要： | 利益多元决定了体现利益评价的价值观也是多元的。以权利作为保护和实现利益的惟一手段存在很大的弊端。民事利益体系中的很多利益不能通过权利的手段得到保护。利益的保护层次应该是多元的，法益也是保护利益的手段，对于其研究存在必要。

| Abstract: | The diversity of the interests decide the diversity of the evaluation values.There is a big disadvantage to take right as the protection and only means to realize the benefits.Many interests of the system of civil interests can not be protected by means of the right.The level of the protection of interests should be diverse,and legal interest is also a means of the protection of interests,so there is need for the research. |
