| 摘 要： | 食品安全是事关人民群众生命安全的大事，然而恶性事件却频频出现，为此笔者从道德文化建设、监管机制、法律措施等方面进行了原因分析，并从法律角度进行了深入思考，以期对解决食品安全问题有所帮助。
