| 摘 要： | 体育运动作为大学阶段的一门必修课程，一直未得到大学生的重视，因此大学的体育课程也就成了大学生主要的请假或逃课的科目之一。大学女生由于生理和心理的特殊性，往往会产生运动心理障碍，即使参加体育课程，但是对课程的投入度却也不够，不能融入到课堂教学中，导致大学女生的教学成为体育教学的难点。本文通过探讨了大学女生参与体育运动的心理影响因素，并在此基础上，提出改进女大学生体育教学的教育对策和建议。
