| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济飞速发展的今天,依法治国、构建社会主义现代法治已成为人们所追求的目标。本文通过对西方法治思想的阐述,结合我国具体情况,分析其＂法治＂思想对我们的启示。其目的是借鉴西方法治思想的精髓,结合本土资源,培育国人的现代法治意识,明晰权力（利）关系,构建有中国特色的社会主义法治。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of the market economy,China＇s implementation of the rule of law is imperative.In this paper,the rule of law of Western thought from ancient to modern and contemporary exposition,combined with China＇s specific situation analysis of their ＂rule of law＂ thinking of our inspiration.Hopes to study the idea of Western rule of law,combined with our local resources and foster the modern sense of the rule of law,clear power,right relationship,to build socialism with Chinese characteristics,the rule of law. |
