| 摘 要： | 我国现行检察管理体制存在泛行政化、地方化、非规范化等问题,不利于检察权的有效行使和检察队伍的职业化.因此,应当立足于我国国情,改革省级以下检察机关的管理体制,实行省级以下检察机关的垂直管理.

| Abstract: | Many problems exist in Chinese current procuratorial administration system such as pan-administrative,localization, non-standardization,and make against effective exertion of the procuratorial power and professionalizing of the procurators. Therefore,the procuratorial administration system below the province level should be reformed to be a vertical system based on the situation of China. |
