对我国行政学几个基本概念的思考

一门科学发展的重要标志之一,就是具有作为交流媒介的科学概念和术语。概念不清是当前行政学研究面临困境,甚至遭受质疑的重要表现之一。要摆脱这种困境,必须对行政、公共行政、行政管理、公共管理等行政学的基本概念进行反思和批判,在此基础上,把握当前我国行政学研究存在的矛盾与问题。

Thinking about Several Basic Concepts of Science of Administration

One of the important signs to develop a discipline is that it has scientific concept and terms as the communicating medium.Research on science of administration is now in a difficult position: the unclear concept.To get rid of the plight,we must give reconsideration on such basic concepts as administration,public administration,administrative management and public management.Furthermore,we must understand the contradictions and questions in the research on science of administration.
