| 摘 要： | 科学构建流动党员管理新机制，必须简化流动党员的组织关系接转手续，适当放宽流动党员缴纳党费的期限，强化流动党员管理制度执行的刚性，建立健全城乡一体党员动态管理机制，在街道、社区设立流动党员管理服务站从而健全流动党员管理机构。

| Abstract: | In building a new scientific mechanism for managing the mobile members of the CPC,we must simplify the transfer procedures of organizational relationship of the mobile members of the CPC,appropriately extend a time limit for the mobile members of the CPC to pay their due membership fees,strengthen the implementation of its management system,establish and improve the dynamic management mechanism of the integration of urban and rural areas and we should set up management service centers for the mobile members of the CPC in the streets,communities so as to improve the management mechanism for the mobile members of the CPC. |
