| 摘 要： | "体面劳动"的概念,是胡锦涛总书记2008年首次在中国正式提出的。应当站在建设中国特色社会主义工会的高度,认识其内容,并站在科学发展观的高度,理解并把握其具体实践,同时站在履行工会基本职能的角度,实施工会组织在促进实现体面劳动中的应有作为。

| Abstract: | The concept of Decent work was put forward firstly by the president,Hu Jintao in 2008. We should understand the content on the basis of constructing a Chinese characteristic socialistic trade union,and carry it out on the basis of the scientific outlook on development. In the meantime,we should enable the trade union to function in achieving decent work on the basis of the duties of the trade union. |
