| 摘 要： | 本文认为,法制新闻有重要的、现实的积极价值:由于宣教目的的潜在性,可以有效消除受传者的逆反心理,在潜移默化中对公众实现法制宣教价值。同时,法制新闻还有另外三个积极价值:1.舆论监督价值;2.社会预警价值;3.法律服务价值。当然,在现实社会生活中,由于种种原因所致,法制新闻不免存在某些负面效应。我们必须扬长避短,充分发挥法制新闻在我国市场经济法制建设中的应有作用。

| Abstract: | The present thesis holds that news of law has important and practical values.Because of the potentiality of its purpose,news of law can effectively eliminate the contrapositive state of mind of the receiver and exert a subtle and im- perceptible influence on the receiver.Meanwhile,news of law has three other values:1.public opinion supervision;2.so- cial wamig;3.Iegal service.Although news of law has some negative effects in our daily life owing to a large variety of reasons,we must make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,and make news of law play its due role in the construction of laws. |
