| 摘 要： | 在农村法制建设过程中,国家法律之推行得不到农民应有的尊重,是有其现实和历史原因的。而民间规范大行其道,也有其存在的合理性。与法律互动中适用民间规范是当前推动农村法制发展的途径。

| Abstract: | In the course of rural legal construction,state law under way finds itself in a predicament for it can't gain peasants' esteem and belief.This accounts for actuality and tradition,moreover,the prevailingness of folk standards has its rationality in being.As things go,it requires that the interaction between state law and folk standards is the channel out of predicament and the ave to boost rural legal progress. |
