| 摘 要： | 人民陪审员制度是我国司法制度的一项重要内容,它能够弥补法官审判的不足,监督法官的审判工作,保证司法公开、公正。文章通过对人民陪审员制度的现状进行分析,指出目前我国人民陪审制度尚存在一些不足之处,需要从立法、制度建设等方面完善人民陪审员制度。

| Abstract: | The system of people's jurors is an important content of China's judicial system which can make up the insufficiency that the judge places on trial,supervise judge's administration of justice as well as guarantee judicial justice.By analyzing the present situation of the system of people's jurors,this paper points out the deficiencies of the system of people's jurors which should be improved from legislation and system. |
