| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放和城市化进程的推进,老一代农民工逐渐退出历史舞台,新生代农民工逐渐进入城市中,从新生代农民工的自我认同角度开始剖析,逐步探讨新生代农民工的发展困惑,以此提出解决问题的路径选择,为新生代农民工就业、市民化等提供一定的帮助。
