行政权与物权之关系研究——主要以《物权法》文本为分析对象

A Study on the Relation between Administrative Power and Property Right

The Real Right Law of PRC,adopted in march,2007,displays multiple and complex relations between administrative power and real right,such as real right excluding administrative power,administrative power confirming real right,administrative power protecting real right,administrative power extinguishing real right,administrative power creating real right and so on.At the first ofall,the author hackles the multiple and complex relations between administrative power and real right,then mainly discusses several relations of them.
