| 摘 要： | 我国的执法文明建设存在许多问题,妨碍了我国社会主义政治文明建设的进程。必须采取有效的措施构建防治执法腐败、保证执法公正的体制,真正实现我国的执法文明。其具体措施包括完善执法依据、规范行政执法程序、加强执法队伍建设等。
