| 摘 要： | 绩效管理是社会组织管理的发展方向之一。高校作为社会重要组成部分,在内部评价方面存在对象空缺化、主体单一化、方法不确定化、体系抽象化和功能鉴定化等诸多问题,构建以绩效为核心的评价体系,需要坚持和谐性、客观公正性、可操作性、定量与定性相结合、动态性和共性与个性相结合等原则。
