| 摘 要： | 美国发动的伊拉克战争加剧了世界动荡,因而对美国的指责也超越了国家、阶级、宗教和年龄界限,已经成为一种全球现象。美国自以为在为世界工作,世界却认为美国蛮横霸道。从本质上说,美国的世界霸权是全球化的产物,但其指向却与全球化趋势相悖。

| Abstract: | Iraq war,started by America,has aggravated world turbulence.As a result,America is blamed by people all over the world,no matter what countries,classes,religions and age group they belong to.America regards world affairs as its task,while the world thinks that America's behavior is hegemony.Basically speaking,American hegemony is the result of globalization,yet its aim is apart from globalization. |
