关注社会公平构建和谐社会

效率与公平的关系是构建社会主义和谐社会进程中的一个重大课题。在我国社会主义改革开放进程中,我党提出并坚持了“效率优先,兼顾公平”的原则,但随着社会公平问题的日益突出,重新定位效率与公平的关系,在收入分配政策方面适时地由“效率优先,兼顾公平”向“效率与公平并重”过渡的时机已经成熟。关注社会公平,是构建和谐社会的关键。

Social Fairness and Harmonious Society

The relation between efficiency and fairness is of importance to build socialist harmonious society. During the course of Chinese socialist reform and openness, the CPC set forth and adhered to the principle of giving priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness. Nevertheless, it is time to re-position the relation between efficiency and fairness and make the change of distribution policy, from the policy of giving priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness to the one of equally emphasizing both efficiency and fairness, as the problem of social fairness becomes more and more serious. In a word, social fairness is essential to building a harmonious society.
