| 摘 要： | 目前,基层公安民警的心理健康状况令人担忧.其主要原因在于警察职业存在较大的压力、社会角色失调、缺乏相应的研究和教育机制.为此,应从社会、组织和个人三个层面加以改进,以使民警有一个健康的心理水平.

| Abstract: | At present,the mental health of the grass-roots police is a great concern.The main reason is that there is a big pressure,an imbalance of the social role,lack of appropriate mechanisms in research and education for police officers.Therefore,we should improve from the levels of society,organizations and individuals,so that the police can have a healthy mental level. |
