关于中国古代监察制度的思考

中国古代监察制度是中国古代政治制度的重要组成部分，它的发展经历了先秦时期、秦汉时期、魏晋南北朝时期、隋唐五代时期、宋元时期及明清时期。由于古代监察制度本身的缺陷加之受“人治”的影响，尽管它在加强中央集权、维护封建统治方面起了很重要的作用，但其历史局限性在所难免。借鉴古代监察制度的经验，当今我国监察制度建设，必须保证监察机构的相对独立性和较高的权威性；重视监察立法，健全监察的法律法规；严格选拔和考核监察官，不断完善监察职能。

Enlightenment Gained from China’s Ancient Supervisory System

China’ ancient supervisory system is an important component of China’s ancient political system.Though it played a major role in strengthening certralization and safeguarding feudal rule,China’ ancient supervisory system had some limitations due to inadequacies in the system itself and under the influence of rule by man.At present,in using the experience of the ancient system to promote the country’s institutional building,we must ensure relative independence and higher authoritativeness of supervisory organs,attach importance to legislation for supervision,improving laws and regulations on supervision,strictly select and examine supevisors,and constantly improve supervisory functions.
