| 摘 要： | 中国区际刑事司法协助的规范化是一个漫长而循序渐进的过程,其具体可以分三步进行:区际刑事司法协助协议的签订;《中国区际司法协助示范法》的出台;《中国司法协助法》的制定。其中,《中国司法协助法》的制定是中国区际刑事司法协助规范化的终极目标。

| Abstract: | The normalization of China's interregional judicial assistance in criminal cases is a long and gradual process,which can be classified into three steps:signing agreements of the interregional judicial assistance in criminal cases;proclaiming"the model law of China's interregional judicial assistance";drafting "China's judicial assistance law".Among them,the drafting of "China's judicial assistance law" is the ultimate aim of the normalization of China's interregional judicial assistance in criminal cases. |
