| 摘 要： | 自2002年以来,各类有关人民币升值的言论此起彼伏。面对人民币升值压力与保持币值稳定之间的矛盾,其解决问题的关键在于选择一个既适合本国经济发展又能被国际社会所接受的汇率制度。基于对当前人民币升值压力来源的分析,结合国外经验与中国实际情况,目前人民币汇率制度在近期应引入边际性措施平衡国际收支,远期应采取钉住一揽子货币,并逐步扩大人民币波动区间。

| Abstract: | From 2002, the problem of RMB appreciation has aroused the enthusiasti c discussion. Facing the contradiction between appreciation pressure of the RMB and remaining monetary stability, the core of solving this problem lies in choos ing a exchange rate mechanism adapting to the development of national economy an d accepted by international. Based on the analysis of the reason causing the app reciation pressure of the RMB, combined the foreign experience and the practice of China, currently, we should take the marginal measures to balance the interna tional payments in the near future, and peg an currency basket forward. |
