人与自然关系中的环境资源法

目前国内外有关环境资源法律法规已经含有大量规定或体现人与自然关系的条款 ,而且环境资源法制建设的实践已经取得调整人与自然关系的丰硕成果。本文拟从现实生活、环境资源法律条文和环境资源法律实施的角度出发剖析人与自然的关系、研究环境资源的调整对象 ,希望能引起法学界的进一步深入研究

The Relationship Between Man and Nature Readjusted by Law of Environmental Resources

Nowadays both China and other countries have promulgated laws and regulations that have many clauses which regulate and signify the relationship between man and nature. What matters most is that the legislative construction of protecting environmental resources has been greatly successful in readjusting the relationship between man and nature. The thesis, basing itself on the real life, the legal rules on environmental resources as well as execution of environmental resources, analyzes the relationship between man and nature and studies what environmental resources readjust. The author hopes that what he is doing will call up a further research from the jurisprudential circle.
