| 摘 要： | 用伦理学眼光审视警察执法,可以将警察执法关系看成一种伦理关系。警察执法过 程既是实现法律目的的过程,也是实现执法伦理价值的过程。要实现执法的伦理价值,应该加强 警察执法的制度伦理建设,同时要提升警察个体道德水平。

| Abstract: | Police's law-enforcement is viewed as an ethical activity from the point of ethics. Legal purpose as well as ethical value should be realized when police are enforcing law. To realize the ethical value of law-enforcement, system of police's law-enforcement should be established and enhanced, improving police officers' individual mental standards in the meanwhile. |
