| 摘 要： | “7·5”事件给人民群众生命财产造成了严重损失，对新疆的经济发展政治稳定产生了巨大影响。为了使悲剧不再重演，我们必须反思，要进一步采取措施打牢民族团结的基础。要强调国家整体利益和公民意识，要把法律手段作为处理民族问题、民族关系、民族矛盾的重要手段。

| Abstract: | ＂7.5＂ Riot resulted in a huge and serious loss in the life property of the people, and had a major influence to the economic development and political stability of Xinjiang. In order to prevent the tragedy from reoccurring, we have to introspect, adopt further measures to solidify the foundation of unity of all nationalities, emphasize the whole national benefits and the concept of citizens and use the laws as the important means of processing problems, relations, and conflicts between ethnic groups. |
