| Abstract: | In this article, with regard to some of the major problems in the current construction of police culture, through rational reflection and probe, the author has analyzed the background and visual field of the research on police culture, studied the strategic positioning of developing police culture, and put forward the idea that the construction and development of police culture should be based on the spirit of humanity. |
