新生代农民工身份认同困境分析

新生代民工身份认同的困境主要包括身份分类的矛盾和未来归属的矛盾两个方面。新生代农民工产生身份认同困境主要存在个人身份建构与社会建构之间的矛盾。社会距离是导致其自我认同困境的直接原因,相对剥夺感是导致自我认同困境的重要原因,追求生存目标与现有体制之间的矛盾是导致身份认同困境的根本原因。要解决新生代农民工的身份认同的困境问题,必须从内部条件、外部环境和政策建构等多个层面着手。

The Analysis of New Generation of Migrant Workers' Self-identity Dilemma under the Sight of Social Constructivism

The new generation of migrant workers’ self-identity dilemma includes the conflicts of identity status classification and contradictions in the future ownership.Self-identity dilemma originates from the contradiction between their self-identity construction and social construction.Social distance is the direct incentives,the feeling of relative deprivation is an important cause,and the contra-diction between the pursuits of life objectives with the existing system is the root cause.The solution of new generation of migrant work-ers’ self-identity dilemma should be considered from internal conditions,external environment,policy construction and other aspects.
