| Abstract: | Management System and Institution innovation of private science and technologic enterprise should be bought into line with national economic development plan of Jilin Province and established short term,middle and long term aim.In order to realize the aim step by step,we should improve the mentality and ability of self innovation,give full scope of government role,advance the science and technological market development,develop various channels of investment and financing and push the enterprises collectivize and internationalize. |
