| Abstract: | " The construction of new socialist rural areas " is the scientific theory judgment taken by the new collective central leadership of the CPC with Hu Jintao as the general secretary from observing socialist modernization and the rural work in China with world outlook of Marxism.At the same time,many philosophy viewpoints of the dialectical materialism and the historical materialism have provided the methodology instruction for the construction of new socialist rural areas. |
