| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我国现代化建设的重要指导思想,以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局、扎实推进社会主义新农村建设,是促进福州城乡协调发展的重要保证,是发挥福州在海西全局中起带动作用的关键所在。我们应从福州经济社会发展实际出发,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,把科学发展观落实到新农村建设的各个方面,贯穿于农村改革和发展的过程之中,开创社会主义新农村建设新局面。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept is guiding principle of modernization construction.It is an important guarantee of promoting the Fuzhou city and countryside coordinated development to advance socialism new rural reconstruction,and to control overall situation of the economic society by the scientific development concept,which displays the Fuzhou leading role in the Haixi.This article mainly deals with implementing and realizing the scientific development concept from the Fuzhou real economic development,brings the scientific development concept into each aspect of the new rural reconstruction in order to open new rural reconstruction and carry out the development concept. |
