论我国犯罪信息公开制度的构建

在现代社会中,将犯罪信息有条件地向社会公开是十分必要的,这既有利于保障公众的知情权,也有利于加强对刑事司法工作的监督。当今许多国家都建立了完备的犯罪信息公开制度,但在我国这一制度还很不健全。应从转变观念、完善立法、加强犯罪统计工作等方面着手,构建和完善我国的犯罪信息公开制度。同时,鉴于犯罪信息的特殊性,应对其公开的范围、程序等进行严格的规制。

The Construction of the System of Making the Criminal Information Public

In the modern society,it is necessary to make the criminal information public.This could not only satisfy people's right to know,but also supervise the criminal justice departments.Nowadays,lots of countries have built a perfect system to make the criminal information public,but China has not yet.For the sake of actively exploring the construction of the system further,we should change our concept,perfect the legislation and strengthen the work of criminal statistics.At the same time,due to the particularity of criminal information we should set up a series of strict rules on the extent and process to put publicity of criminal information.
