科学技术在迅速提高社会生产力的同时 ,也给人类带来了诸多精神困扰和道德难题。加强科技伦理问题的研究不仅有助于人们全面审视科学技术的社会功能 ,实现对科学技术自觉有效的支配 ,而且有利于推动全社会的道德建设 ,促进科学与人文的沟通。人类的道德理性和科技理性是互补的 ,科学技术的运用必须得到道德理性的指导。
