| 摘 要： | 本文在探讨我国青少年法律意识教育建设的缺陷及对策的基础上,提出对青少年应进行培养的四种基本法律意识,即法律信仰、权利意识、诚信意识、诉讼意识,并就如何培养这四种意识探讨了解决途径。

| Abstract: | This article examined the shortcomings and countermeasures of young people's awareness of law in China, and put forward four basic legal sense young people should be trained made, that is the legal belief, awareness of rights, awareness of honesty, awareness of the proceeding. It also discussed on how to cultivate the four senses. |
