| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志七一重要讲话强调了遵循规律提高党的建设科学化水平的问题。提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平,同样必须深刻把握其规律性。这种深刻把握,就是要把握党的建设一般规律在反腐倡廉建设中的体现,就是要把握矛盾共性与个性相统一的规律,这是对反腐倡廉建设的一种更高要求。把握反腐倡廉建设规律,就要强化遵循规律的意识,提高把握规律的能力,健全遵循规律的制度,探索运用规律的方法。
