多年来,云南省打击"金三角"地区毒品走私,遏制毒源的基本经验主要有四个方面:一是以根除毒源为战略突破口,遏制"金三角"毒品生产,整体推进禁毒人民战争;二是以堵源截流为重点,遏制"金三角"毒品渗透,重点推进禁毒人民战争;三是以禁吸戒毒为着力点,遏制"金三角"毒品消费市场,全力推进禁毒人民战争;四是以预防教育为本,遏制"金三角"毒品的危害,全面推进禁毒人民战争。

The Serial Investigation on Drug Situations in "Golden Triangle" Area(Part V)——Some Basic Experience on Cracking down on Drugs Smuggling from "Golden Triangle" Areas

As a result of many years' practice,Yunnan province has its own basic 4 experience on cracking down on drug smuggling from "Golden Triangle" Areas to China and eradicating sources of drugs,they are: 1.Taking the eradicating sources of drugs as the breakthrough points to control the drugs manufacture,advancing the people's war against drugs control in full wing;2.Laying emphasis on eradicating sources of drugs and obstructing their channels of trafficking to control drugs penetration of "Golden Triangle" areas,attaching importance to the people's war against drugs control;3.On the focus of drugs prohibition and the rehabilitation of addicts,controlling drugs consume market,to exert ourselves on the people's war against drugs control;4.Based on the drugs control education,to control the threat of drugs,to boost the people's war against drugs control all around.
