| 摘 要： | 群众路线是公安工作的生命线和根本路线,公安机关各级领导干部要主动适应当前形势的新变化,牢牢把握人民群众的新期待,积极探索新形势下专门工作与群众路线相结合的新办法,着力提高广大民警做好群众工作的本领,不断密切同人民群众的血肉联系,努力为公安工作赢得最广泛、最可靠、最牢固的群众基础。

| Abstract: | The mass line is the lifeline and fundamental route of the police work. Administrators of police agencies at various levels should actively align themselves to the changed news situation, live up to their expectation, vigorously explore the new methods of combining special operations with the public, make great efforts to improve police＇s skills of doing public work, establish closer police-public relationship and try to lay the most extensive and reliable and solid public foundation. |
