| 摘 要： | 当今世界,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,也无论是哪种社会制度的国家,都深受犯罪问题的困扰,英国亦是如此,不管是其高居欧洲国家榜首的犯罪率①,还是近年来为犯罪学家所称道的有效犯罪预防措施,都颇有研究价值.从英国长期的犯罪数据折射出英国犯罪现象,分析其成因,总结其在犯罪预防方面的经验教训,可为我国犯罪预防提供借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Nowadays,whether in developed country or developing country,or in which type of social sys- tem,crime problem is the common obsession to the entire world.Britain is no exception.This article,with the analysis of Britain's highest crime rate in Europe and efficient crime preventing measures,clarifies Britain's crime phenomena and causes through the long-term data and experience,and puts forth a reference to China's crime prevention. |
